At IRDA Foundation, every contribution directly supports our social impact initiatives, community development programs, healthcare projects, education, and welfare activities. As a charitable foundation, donations received are allocated towards our mission-driven programs and are therefore generally non-refundable.
All donations, contributions, sponsorships, and charitable payments made to IRDA Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable once successfully processed. Donors are requested to carefully review the donation amount and payment details before completing the transaction.
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:
Any eligible refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction, along with the payment reference number and supporting details for verification.
All refund requests will be reviewed by IRDA Foundation. The Foundation reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request after verification and assessment. The decision of the Foundation shall be final and binding.
